Expert in sports psychology, leadership, and social impact
Prof. Gozzoli is a Full Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where she plays a key role in shaping research and education at the intersection of psychology, sport, and society. She is also the Director of ASAG and Scientific Coordinator of the “Cattolica per lo Sport” initiative.
Her work focuses on understanding and improving the human side of sport systems, with expertise in:

She is actively involved in international expert groups, including initiatives led by the European Commission and UNESCO, contributing to discussions on sport, inclusion, and human resource development.
She also coordinates international doctoral programs in sport sciences and leads the Research Unit “Psychology, Sport and Society,” driving forward interdisciplinary research on athlete development, career transitions, and social impact through sport.
Her work bridges academic research and real-world application, providing scientific insights and practical solutions for sports organizations, coaches, and athletes.
Prof. Gozzoli’s influence extends across academia and professional practice through her roles in scientific boards, editorial committees, and international research networks. Her work consistently connects theoretical knowledge with practical solutions, supporting organizations, institutions, and policymakers in creating more inclusive, effective, and sustainable sport environments.
