Conference Fees

  • Participant presenting a paper: 200 EUR

  • Student participant presenting a paper (undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students): 100 EUR

  • Attendee / Accompanying person (without paper): 100 EUR

  • Online attendee (without paper): 75 EUR

 

Important Payment Information

  • Participants presenting a paper are required to pay the conference fee only after their paper has been officially accepted. Detailed payment instructions will be sent upon acceptance confirmation.

  • Participants attending without submitting a paper will receive payment instructions before the conference.

  • Participants applying for the student fee must send proof of student status to the conference email address during the payment process.

  • If payment is made by a private individual rather than an institution, the payment description must include the participant’s full name, OIB, and address in order for an invoice to be issued.

 

The Conference Fee for In-Person Participants Includes

Day 1

  • Two coffee breaks with finger food

  • Lunch

Day 2

  • Coffee break with finger food

 

Payment should be made only after your paper has been approved by the Organizing Committee. All necessary payment details will be sent to you separately by email.

As for participants without a paper, they are welcome to pay the registration fee at any time. Please send the proof of payment by email together with your full name, address, and personal identification number (OIB), so that a valid invoice can be issued.
